As the HR Coordinator, you will:

• Value the importance of customer service, in building and maintaining strong relationships with the People & Leadership Team as well as internal stakeholders
• Can plan and prioritise competing tasks and projects along with the ability to meet deadlines
• Own, drive and improve critical coordination and administration steps across many of our HR processes, such as probationary reviews, board reports, recognition, and presentations
• Support Talent Acquisition with the onboarding of newly hired Team Members

• Be a true brand ambassador and represent the DNA and culture of O’Brien

To be considered, you will have:

• A minimum of 1-2 years proven experience in HR
• Tertiary qualifications in HR or similar discipline
• Sound written and verbal communication skills
• A confident, engaging approach with a natural ability to get your message across
• Strong time management skills and the ability to meet all deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail
• Resilience and the ability to work in a complex and changing environment
