O’Brien Electrical & Plumbing Rowville are seeking candidates for a Recruitment Specialist. Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a Recruiter, who is interested in recruitment and human resources, to join our Rowville based team.

The position is varied, so you will never be bored, yet clearly defined so you will know your responsibilities and be able to manage your time accordingly.

GENERAL FUNCTIONS AND TASKS

• Respond to all inbound calls and inquiries
• Respond to and manage inbound operational inquiries/communications
  Write and post job advertisements for your current job vacancies
• Conduct phone and face-to-face interviews with candidates
• Sourcing suitable candidates for all perm and temporary labour hire jobs
• Employee compliance
• Assistance with recruitment and onboarding

KEY CONTACTS

• Internal with all O’Brien Rowville people in relation to all operations, office and admin functions etc.
• External with all the customers in relation to all job inquiries, then Debtors and Creditors in relation to payments.
• Virtual Assistant.
