As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are responsible for seeking out and hiring great new talent to become part of the Objective team. You are responsible for identifying and sourcing talent for all business areas with a heavy focus on Product Development and Professional Services roles.
You will play an essential role in helping Objective scale locally as well as in the UK and NZ. This is a people-focused role where you take a proactive approach to your day and have a self-starter mentality. You thrive in fast-paced environments, already have an established network within the IT industry and can hit the ground running to give candidates and internal stakeholders a fantastic experience.
What your typical day looks like:
- Responsible for end to end recruitment and delivery on a broad array of roles with a specialisation in the technical vertical
- Establishing strong relationships and liaising with hiring managers
- Proactively consulting with stakeholders on the Objective recruitment process
- Building a pipeline of candidates
- Providing regular reporting
- Supporting the team in driving Objective’s culture & engagement
The experience required:
- A solid background in IT recruitment either in an internal recruiter role or with a recruitment agency
- Understands and uses brand to attract candidates and maintain awareness of Objective and its culture to the talent market
- Experience of small dynamic teams or as an individual in a flat structured environment
- Proven track record of working on multiple roles at a time
- Strong communication skills are essential
