Working within The Obasa Group of Companies/MyKey Global Accommodations, you would be a part of an exciting, fast-growing technology-enhanced vendor management solution serving the insurance industry, helping people with emergency accommodations in times of need.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The Data Entry Specialist will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our organization’s data. The ideal candidate will possess excellent data entry skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input data from various sources into the organization’s databases and systems.
• Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents and making necessary corrections.
• Review and clean up inconsistent or incomplete data to ensure data quality.
• Regularly update and maintain existing databases to reflect changes in information.
• Conduct quality checks on data entry work to identify and rectify errors.
• Organize and categorize data to facilitate easy retrieval and analysis.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and security.
• Generate s and summaries as requested by supervisors or management.
• Maintain accurate documentation of data entry procedures and best practices.

This is a short-term position with the potential of extension depending on the companies needs.
