Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain weekly spreadsheets
• Process payroll.
• Maintain confidentiality of all financial data.
• Match vendor invoices with purchase orders.
• Reconcile internal credit card purchases.
• Reconcile accounts receivable.

Qualifications:

• BBA, BS in finance or preferably accounting.
• 1-3 years of relevant, hands-on accounting experience.
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong attention to detail with accuracy.
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
• Demonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines.

Salary: Hourly rate based on experience $20/HR – $25/HR

Schedule:

• 4-hour shift
• Monday – Thursday 9:00am – 1:00pm
