Oakleaf Partnership are currently partnered with a successful financial services firm based in London who are seeking a switch-on, experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join their team.
This is a senior level role whereby you will own the recruitment administration for the European and Asian offices. You will be screening CVs, scheduling interviews, updating managers on the recruitment process as well as providing a great candidate experience, representing the HR team and Firm.
This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced recruitment administrator who thrives in a fast-paced and successful environment. The HR/Recruitment team is a small team of 6 who are very supportive, collaborative and welcoming. They are looking for a candidate who likes to provide solutions to problems and enjoys implementing creative solutions to improve the recruitment process.
Key responsibilities:
Screening CV quality and suitability as well as managing and posting open positions.
Co-ordinating and scheduling interviews.
Assisting with interviews as appropriate.
Ensuring candidates have a good experience during the interview process, representing the firm and team well
Maintaining candidate tracking system
Regularly updating managers on the recruitment process
Ideal experience/candidate
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Corporate background ideally
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Highly organised with attention to detail
Accountable and reliable
