Oakleaf Partnership Hiring for HR Projects at London Full Time

Oakleaf are proud to be partnering with a global mining company based in London. This exciting is a 12 month FTC with potential of being extended or made permanent. They are looking for an experienced HR generalist to join he team and support with various projects across the company.

They are looking for a specialist HR expert for critical projects, ensuring the people work is effectively planned and delivered to support rapid uptake and proficiency in the new ways of working.

Key Duties:
Safety & Health

• Demonstrate behaviour in line with health, safety and environmental standards and with the Group’s values.
• Participate in relevant safety audits, inspections and observations, and address any issues.

Performance and Delivery

• Contribute to overall project impact analysis and change planning.
• Manage the successful delivery of HR projects and initiatives.

Establish executable work plans and schedules.

identify people risks, develop mitigations and monitor the risks.

Drive effective blue-print mapping, testing, implementation and transition to business as usual, including through working with T&S HR, Centres of Excellence and operational HR teams.

Establish and manage the HR metrics and data analysis, creating meaningful insights.

Manage external consultants where applicable, to deliver specified scopes of work.

• Provide an effective interface between stakeholder groups to engage and coordinate the people work.

People & Teams

• Demonstrate behaviour in line with the Group’s values, standards and a professional workplace.
• Participate as an effective team member in working collaboratively with your leader, peers and relevant others (including from other teams) to achieve business goals.
• Develop your performance in line with the Group’s policies and systems (e.g. performance management) in order to achieve business goals. As part of this: o Within the direction set by your leader, develop a clear and aligned plan. o Foster a constructive and productive working environment. o Drive delivery of objectives and being accountable for your work.
• Contribute to the broader business by working with others in such a way that it optimises the overall business results, rather than just your team.

Compliance

• Identify any issues around these that interfere with your ability to complete work or meet the plan.
• Escalate issues to seek action and / or look for alternative solutions

Salary: £60,000–£68,000 per annum
