Oakleaf Partnership Hiring for HR Officer at London Full Time

Oakleaf are partnered with a established and boutique investment firm in their recruitment of tech savvy and dynamic HR Officer to join the team on a 12 month basis. This will be a Generalist role with exposure across the employee lifecycle and a particular focus on HR Information Systems to provide guidance on HR Projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Full HR generalist remit to support the employee lifecycle

First point of contact for HR queries from employees ensuring matters are dealt with to a high standard and in a timely manner

Accurately prepare London payroll to ensure output is correct

Assist with annual salary and compensation review

Support with annual benefit renewals, collating data, communicating proposals to the team and drafting benefit communications to staff throughout the year

Proactively work to improve processes and systems in line with best practice

Being the first point of contact within the HR team for system implementation and ongoing maintenance

Working collaboratively with other departments including IT and Payroll, delivering a cohesive approach to systems and data

Performing system upgrades, as well as providing training and user support

Identifying and progressing any improvements to be made to systems and data quality

Accurately maintaining databases, analysing data, ensuring data integrity, and running queries

Developing and establishing key HR metrics and reports for the benefit of stakeholders

Key Skills:
HR Generalist experience withing Financial Services would be beneficial

Good knowledge of HRIS and analytics

Ability to interpret people data and communicate in a meaningful way to stakeholders

Enthusiastic and confident approach to build relationships

Highly proficient user of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel (v-look ups and pivot tables)

Hybrid working available

Salary: £38,000–£48,000 per annum
