HR Mobility Specialist
Interim – 6 months

Oakleaf Partnership Midlands are hiring for an Interim HR Mobility Specialist for 6 months. The team are responsible for supporting the employees with their relocation as well as tax, immigration, and benefits.
The role:
Provide high quality consulting services and advice to internal clients on the correct form of global mobility for an employee, including compensation, deferred compensation, immigration, and tax
Work with colleagues and external vendors to implement the relocation
Managing, the ongoing expat population including dealing with escalations
The successful candidate will have experience and knowledge in global expat assignment management and a strong knowledge of tax and social security laws. You will have excellent Excel abilities and have knowledge of UK immigration regulations and relocation process and knowledge of Reward product areas.
This is an interim position working in their Birmingham office. The role is initially for a 6 month period.
Salary: £340 per day
