We have a current opportunity for HR Data and Analytics role for an independent insurance firm with rapid growth demonstrated over the years. This is a permanent position based in Central London and offers a flexible work approach (fully remote options are available). Reporting to the Head of Reward, you will have ownership over all people analytics and MI for the business.
Your main responsibilities include: Collecting all HR metrics and data from various tools including HRIS, payroll, employee and records, and other sources
Analysing data and statistics collected and indentifying trends relating to HR processes such as recruitment, turnover and compliance
Creating dashboards and presenting findings to stakeholders and management
Identifying and providing commentaries for benchmarks and goals for KPI metrics
Making recommendations based on analysis for process streamlinging and improvement
Participating in the company’s performance and compensation review and evaluation process
You will have at least 3 years of experience in a HRMI or HR data and analytics role, ideally within a financial services setting. You will have a strong passion for numbers and identifying trends. You will also have high proficiency in Excel including Macros and VBA (great to have) on top of VLOOKUP, pivot table, formulas and experience handling data visualisation tools.
