My client, an International Financial Services business based in the city of London, currently have a 3 day per week HR Consultant role available on a 12 month basis.

PAYE – GBP400- GBP450 per day

Joining a collaborative team of 11 in London this role will provide broad HR support to employees across the UK and a new office opening in Paris next month. You will be the businesses ER champion whilst also taking the lead on many key initiatives such as a new system implementation and benefits programme revamp.

Employee Lifecycle support

Employee relations case management including:
Drafting settlement agreements

Redundancies

Employment tribunal cases

Investigations / disciplinaries / appeals

Benefits:
Annual renewals ensuring a competitive and comprehensive benefit offering

Ongoing management and governance, including general member queries, claims and resolution

Review of invoices from providers

Management of broker relationship

Projects:
Policy and process review including annual review of the companies Employee Handbook

Review and update of team HR templates including employment contracts, cover letters, joiner schedules and agency agreements

HR & Payroll systems implementation (Workday)
