Oakleaf Partnership are currently partnered with a successful Investment Management firm based in central London. This role is on a permanent basis paying up to GBP45,000 with a discretionary, performance related bonus up to 30%. This company is currently operating on a hybrid working pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 remotely.

The HR Associate is responsible for the day-to-day administration and smooth running of core HR processes across recruitment, onboarding & offboarding, benefits & payroll administration, employee relations, and learning and development. This role would therefore suit someone who knows how policies and procedures should run within the HR function and someone who is confident in their abilities to implement these processes.

Responsibilities:
Leads on all core HR administration

Manage the full employee life-cycle of new joiners, including producing paperwork and running pre-employment checks

Scheduling interviews with candidates

Monitoring employee eligibility for benefits plans

Working with the Head of HR to collate learning needs and source appropriate solutions

Working with the global HR team to support Firm wide projects and HR strategy

The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum 4 years of experience in Human Resources role in financial services

Strong HR administrative skillset with the desire to remain in an administrative role

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Ability to consistently handle a high-volume workload and to multi-task
