Oakleaf Partnership Hiring for Head of Talent Acquisition Job at London, England Full Time

A leading, internationally recognised law firm with over 25 offices worldwide and clients in over 100 countries are currently looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition to join their friendly and collaborative UK team.

This role is focused on establishing a Global Talent Acquisition function, ensuring that the strategy, function and processes are aligned and integrated with the wider firm as well as leading the global Lateral Partner Hire Programme, working closely with the CEO, CFO and CPO and other Business Group Heads.

Other responsibilities include defining the lateral hire priorities, advising on Talent Acquisition strategy to attract partner candidates (as individual hires, teams, or as part of a merger), developing the global recruitment strategy, policies and procedures and ensuring that Diversity & Inclusion is at the forefront of Talent Acquisition working closely with the Global D&I team.

Managing, training and being responsible for the career development of 3 direct reports in the Talent Acquisition team is also key.

You MUST have Professional Services experience to be considered and experience specifically within a law firm is preferred.

The position will involve hybrid working and be based in London.

Salary up to £100,000 + bonus DOE.
