Oakleaf Partnership North are hiring for a Head of Talent Acquisition for a fantastic client of ours based in Leeds. Our client offers a great hybrid working flexible business and this is a fantastic role in their HR team.
The role would suit a senior recruitment business partner who has experience at senior level of end-to-end recruitment processes with fee earners and able to work on a number of strategic projects. We do want someone who will get stuck in to resourcing as well as leading the team and projects. In this role you will be responsible for delivering the recruitment strategic as well as the hiring of legally qualified staff.
Day to day responsibilities:
- Management of the TA specialists and co-ordinators within the recruitment team
- Recruit legally qualified roles including hires up to Director level
- Responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle
- Work with the Head of HR and HR Business Partners to partner in the annual resource planning process and execution
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Monitor the external recruitment market
