Oakleaf Partnership are currently partnering with a global financial services firm who are seeking an Early Careers Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team.

You will be working in a team of 2, reporting into the Early Careers Lead. You will be responsible for designing, managing, and delivering early talent recruitment activity across the business, which includes the UK as well as Germany and France. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step up their career in the early careers space as there is a lot of opportunity for growth and development as well as some travel across Europe. Alternatively, this role would suit an experienced recruiter looking to move into the early careers space.

The role will pay up to £55,000 with a 20-25% performance related bonus and on a permanent basis with a hybrid working pattern of 2/3 days based in the London office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for the early careers programmes, from attraction and marketing, to recruitment and on-boarding
• Manage the candidate experience whilst delivery an exceptional candidate experience
• Updating the internal ATS (Success Factors) to accurately reflect recruitment and hiring outcomes in a timely manner
• Design and implement an attraction and events strategy for the Industrial Placement programme
• Manage the recruitment selection and assessment process for the Industrial Placement programme
• Engage with universities and student ambassadors to continue building an early careers brand on campus as well as building a diverse talent pool

Ideal skillset:

• Experience working within Recruitment or Early Careers Recruitment
• Understanding of the EMEA Early Careers Recruitment landscape and key market themes
• Financial Services or Professional Services background desirable
• Effective communication skills with strong stakeholder management skills
• Project management experience preferable
