Oakendell Hiring for Office/Financial Assistant at San Andreas, CA Full Time

Oakendell is looking for an Office/Financial Assistant to join our team. As an employee at Oakendell you will have the chance to make a difference in the lives of teens in a family-like setting. Oakendell is a Trauma Informed Residential Treatment facility serving 16 teenage boys. It is located outside of San Andreas on a beautiful 124-acre ranch. Join our dedicated team and help provide traumatized youth with a chance to heal and grow.

• Starts at $20 per hour, depending on experience

• Signing bonus: $500 after 6 months of employment, $1000 after 12 months of employment

The qualifications and skills necessary to become an Oakendell Office/Financial Assistant include but are not limited to the following:

• Extensive knowledge and proficiency with computers programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience and comfort with Electronic Health Records, MediCal Billing and Quickbooks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• The ability to multitask and prioritize.
• A growth mindset with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.

All Oakendell employees must be at least 21 years old and able to pass a background check conducted by the California Department of Justice (DOJ).

The primary duties of an Oakendell Office Assistant include but are not limited to the following:

• MediCal billing
• Data entry
• Assisting with Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Recording Expenses
• Filing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
