Finance Assistant
(From £10.00 per hour)
We are seeking a Finance Assistant to support the Admin Manager with the financial administration of the company.
You will report directly to the Admin Manager.
Your principal responsibilities will include:
· Entering purchase invoices onto the purchase ledger
· Matching, checking and coding invoices
· Paying invoices
· Administration of supplier accounts
· Reconciliation of supplier statements
· Filing invoices
The person we are looking for will:
· Like and be good at paying attention to detail
· Be numerate
· Be self-disciplined and efficient
· Have a flexible and proactive approach
· Be comfortable with Sage accounting, online banking and bespoke sector systems
· Have experience using Microsoft Excel and office packages
· Have the ability to work to deadlines
Qualifications
· You could be qualified by experience or have one of the following:
· AAT bookkeeping level 1 and/or 2
· A professional or equivalent vocational qualification.

The incumbent would be expected to work on a weekday rota basis.
