The Role:

The Talent Acquisition Partner leads full cycle strategic recruiting that enables Oak Hill to meet its employee experience, quality, and operational goals across certified/non-certified areas. Assists in designing, building, implementing, and managing strategic sourcing and talent acquisition programs including exploring proactive, traditional and innovative approaches to talent acquisition and candidate recruitment. The incumbent balances providing subject matter expertise while fostering open communication and leads with an operational focus, setting strategy, objectives, and policies.

Essential Functions:

• Sources, recruits, and evaluates talent to ensure hiring leaders experience timely, and customer-focused integrated recruitment services. The successful candidate will have experience leading recruitment projects and has demonstrated success in delivering exceptional recruiting services in a high-volume environment.

• Develops and implements sourcing strategies and recruiting plans, presents pre-qualified top candidates to hiring managers, develops offers, and creates/oversees the onboarding experience for all new hires.

• Serves as a strategic partner in developing creative solutions to talent challenges. Evaluates and advises on the impacts of long-range planning of new programs, strategies, and actions as those items impact the attraction and retention of employees.

• Network and maintain relationships through industry contacts, colleagues, etc., to identify candidates (active and passive), and promotes an environment of creativity and innovation focused on useable improvements, as well as breakthroughs that support the organization’s mission and further its vision. Champions implementation of approaches that improve Talent Acquisition processes, approaches, tools, and outcomes.

Tracks key Talent Acquisition metrics, including lead and lag measures. Ensures team achieves results.

• Develops and leverages local/regional network and online recruiting resources to identify and recruit the very best candidates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to Organizational Management, Leadership Development, or Human Resources preferred.

• Min. 3-5 years of applied experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and/or candidate souring.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and specific applicant tracking systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44,697.00 – $54,441.00 per year
