Oak Hill is seeking a Learning and Talent Development Partner to support the development and continuous improvement of a comprehensive training strategy that ensures alignment of training and development with organization’s objectives.
The Learning and Talent Development Partner will work 40 hours: Monday-Friday 8a-4p with flexibility required. This is not a remote role. The incumbent will actively research and evaluate alternative learning delivery models and creatively implement and facilitate effective virtual and in-person training. The incumbent will assess developmental needs across Oak Hill, recommend specific learning initiatives and implement best-practice solutions to educate employees and enhance organization capabilities.
