Oak Furnitureland Hiring for Talent Acquisition Partner Job at Stratton Saint Margaret, England Full Time

We are recruiting a Talent Acquisition Partner who will ensure we attract the right talent to Oak Furnitureland across volume roles and experienced hires, working closely with their colleagues in the Resourcing team. Partnering with hiring managers you will manage a portfolio of vacancies, sourcing internal and external candidates to fill current roles in a cost effective and timely manner, whilst building a pipeline of candidates for future requirements and ensuring an engaging candidate experience.

Core Responsibilities

• Work with the Head of Talent Acqusition and colleagues within Resourcing and HR to implement Talent Acquisition policies and processes

• Partnering and building effective relationships with the various business functions to fully understand their TA requirements and ensure a sustainable pipeline of talent
• Manage the end to end candidate experience to create a positive and engaging proposition for current and potential employees
• Developing cost effective and effective campaigns and copywriting adverts in line with the Employer Brand
• Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of information related to candidates and requisitions using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Continually strive to improve the level of service provided by the TA team to all stakeholders, from hiring managers to candidates and suppliers
• Organise and administer selection processes including online testing, telephone and video interviews, and manage assessment Centre
• Preparing regular metrics and reports
• Assisting with the management of recruitment agencies and other suppliers
• Manage the offer process and liaise with HR to ensure applicants receive the correct offer and contract within a timely manner
• Optimising the use of the ATS and all recruiting technology used and ensuring that the business stay abreast of new developments

Skills and Experience

• Demonstrable recruitment experience either in-house or within an agency environment
• Understanding of creating Brand awareness as an employer of choice
• Experience of resourcing for a wide range of different roles from volume to experienced hires preferably within the Retail industry
• Experience of using a wide range of attraction channels and technology for sourcing
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Experienced using direct sourcing methods using Boolean searches and LinkedIn recruiter
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – to be able to effectively and efficiently communicate with both internal and external customers
• Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to work either independently and to deadlines or as part of a team
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to actively seek and find solutions to problems
