O2E Brands is Looking for ON Inbound Sales Agent -Work From Home – 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Start Date March 17th Full Time

As the voice of our company, you are our customers’ first point of contact, and the person who will help them take their first step in making their junk disappear.
1-800-GOT-JUNK?, part of O2E Brands, is hiring happy, hard-working individuals to join our 250+ Remote Inbound Sales Agents across Canada.
  • Hiring Immediately for our March 17th Training Class
  • Full-Time. Work 4 days on & 3 days off every week! – OR – Work 5 days on & 2 days off
  • Availability for 5 shifts at 8.5 hours, start time between: 8 am-10 am EST or 12 pm-2 pm EST, Days off: FRI/SAT or SAT/SUN or SUN/MON
  • Availability to work 4 shifts at 10.5 hours 9 am-11 am EST Days off: WED/THUR/FRI
  • Earn $17.05/hour + monthly sales bonus (guaranteed minimum bonus of $200 for your first month!)
  • Get extended health benefits package after a 3-month probation
  • Work from the comfort of your own home with a 0-minute commute

A Day in the Life:

  • Answer incoming calls and provide a world class experience for our customers
  • You receive inbound calls only – there are no outbound cold calls in this role
  • Sell the magic of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? by explaining how we can make junk disappear with just a point of a finger
  • All new agents must be available to start on March 17th
  • You receive 3 weeks of fully paid remote training so you are set up for success
  • After the 3 weeks, each agent joins a team with a Team Lead who will support you, and help you learn and grow

What You Bring to the Table:

  • You are legally authorized to work in Canada AND currently reside in BC, AB, SK, MB, ON, or NS
  • Availability to start on March 17th, and attend 3 weeks of remote paid training Mon-Fri from 8 am-4:30 pm CST
  • Following training, availability to work 5 shifts at 8.5 hours, start time between: 8 am-10 am EST OR 12 pm-2 pm EST, Days off: FRI/SAT or SAT/SUN or SUN/MON
  • Availability to work 4 shifts at 10.5 hours 9 am-11 am EST Days off: WED/THUR/FRI
  • A very friendly telephone manner and strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable learning new technology & good typing speed (minimum 25wpm)
  • A quiet space at home, quick & reliable internet connection, and good personal computer with min 8GB memory
  • Experience with sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, call center, or other relevant experience is a plus!
