O-Family Physicians Group Hiring for Medical Office Assistant/Receptionist at Vancouver, BC Full Time
– has good communication skills in English and Mandarin or English and Cantonese
– has pleasant demeanor
– greet and check in patients
– answer phone calls and questions
– weigh and measure patients
– prepare exam room for next patient
– is proficient in computer skill
– perform office related work such as ordering supplies, etc.
-is able to work along with other MOAs
-this is a one year maternity leave position
– no MOA experience needed
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
COVID-19 considerations:
All MOAs are required to wear masks at work at all times. All staff are fully vaccinated.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Vancouver, BC V5Z 3A2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
