We are looking for an experienced and growth-minded Global Field Marketing leader to drive the strategy for field marketing by deploying the right mix of marketing programs to reach, educate, nurture and convert our target audiences in support of key demand and account-focused strategies.
As a strategic business partner to our customer-facing teams, the field marketing team supports and activates the effort to grow and accelerate pipeline in partnership with Growth Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams to drive high-quality leads and opportunities globally.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, effectively leading and growing the field marketing team.
Responsibilities:

• Partner with marketing teams and channels to deliver a comprehensive portfolio of demand and account-based, localized marketing programs that leverage and extend integrated campaigns and programs focused on customer acquisition, retention and expansion
• Extend and execute marketing plans by aligning to our corporate campaign framework and executing across sales areas and global regions to deliver on key growth targets
• Work closely with the marketing, sales, and other teams to execute marketing plans, programs and campaigns designed to build the sales pipeline, generate leads and accelerate opportunities for the field
• Drive effective communication with and through your team to multiple stakeholders, including executives, sales, corporate and global teams
• Working closely with the sales teams to understand key opportunities for new business growth and working to enable sales teams with marketing messaging that resonates with target audiences
• Partnering with event and marketing program managers in developing regional and campaign-specific target lists
• Communicating with sales to gain buy-in, understanding and participation with key marketing programs and initiatives
• Primary liaison and strategic marketing partner between US Sales team, Global Marketing teams (APAC, IMEA, EUR, CAN) and Corporate Marketing
• Communicate field sales requirements for success to Marketing and other relevant departments
• Planning and orchestrating participation in regional and local events in partnership and execution with the Events team
• Reporting and analytics specific to Sales areas and regions, tracking efficiency and ROI

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of digital/demand, field and event marketing experience with a focus in software/technology
• Proven experience delivering successful multi-channel events or campaigns including video, digital, social, experiential, etc.
• Demonstrated experience working effectively under pressure while remaining positive, flexible, and open to feedback
• Strong presentation, problem-solving, analytical, and budget management skills
• Well organized, detail oriented, & creative
• Strong command of national and regional synergies with proven experience building integrated campaigns at scale
• Experience managing event logistics including vendor management and corporate presence
• Strong analytical skills, and proven track record in making data-driven decisions to continually optimize performance and determine future investments
• Working knowledge of Marketing Automation and CRM systems such as Marketo, Salesforce, as well as other office productivity and collaboration tools
