NYTimber Hiring for HR Adminstrator at Northallerton Full Time

This exciting new role has just been introduced to the National Timber Group HR Department structure. Based at one of the NYTimber sites in either Northallerton or Brompton on Swale in North Yorkshire. The successful candidate will be a skilled HR Administrator with demonstrable experience of providing full administrative support to an HR function. A self-motivated, organised individual, with excellent, attention to detail and communication skills. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience of working with the KRONOS WORKFORCE READY HR Management System, however, we would be interested in receiving applications from individuals with extensive experience of implementing and/or working with similar systems.

Duties will include:
Cradle to grave HR Administration provision

Building, implementing and maintaining new HR management system

Preparing reports for managers

Preparing job offers and contracts

Maintenance of all Personnel Records

Management of recruitment and selection processes

Maintaining training records

Management and reporting of key HR KPI’s and information e.g. labour turnover, absence figures, headcount, holidays etc.

Join team introducing, maintaining, and providing information from Kronos HR Management System, Dynamic Learning Management System and Reward Gateway Employee Benefits and Recognition System

Undertake project work as required e.g. introduction of new HR/T&A system

Collaborating with HR Administrator Colleague

Providing support and information to Payroll department

Meeting note taking

Hours, pay and benefits:
Full time, permanent position with an immediate start

40 hours per week Monday – Friday

Flexible start and finish times

Starting salary £20,000 to £23,000 (reviewed after probation)

Increased holiday entitlement after 2, 3, and 5 years’ service
