To support the growth of both our divisions, NY Enrichment Group and National Enrichment, NY Enrichment Group is seeking a full-time Talent Officer. Our human capital is our most vital resource. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Screen all applicants and determine eligibility for employment
• Conduct all reference checks and execute the employment process
• Facilitate Orientation and coordinate new team member welcome and onboarding
• Managing the internal email interface and much more

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associates or bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management
• Experience collaborating with community programs
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written skills
• Bilingual speaking is preferred but not required

HOURS, LOCATION & SCHEDULE

• Location: 70% Remote with the ability to travel
• Standard FT Work Week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 – $68,000.00 per year
