NXTLVL EDUCATION LTD Hiring for Head of Sales, US at Remote Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to develop and lead/ execute our sales strategy in the US market. This role will be responsible for achieving rapid growth in B2B sales, specifically targeting K-12 schools across the US. Experience in BD/ sales to physical, hybrid/ blended and online/ virtual schools would be a considerable asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to optimize our schools penetration in schools across all US regions
• Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
• Establish productive and professional relationships with key stakeholders in K-12 schools
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts & s

Key criteria

• Work experience in Education as a Head of Sales, Sales Director or similar senior commercial role in the US
• Proven track record of selling services to schools in the US across physical, hybrid/ blended and online/ virtual school formats
• Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
• Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Excellent negotiation and networking skills

Compensation

• 
  Base salary: $200,000 – $240,000 p.a.
• 
  Variable compensation: 10-30% commission of new revenue generated (timeline-dependent). Additional bonus of up to 40% of base salary, depending on overall company contribution
