Marketing Communications Manager

Everett, WA (this is an in-office role)

The firm needs a Marketing Communications Manager to aid in their growth. This position will be responsible for developing the voice of the company on social media, publications, websites, and print marketing. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about writing and communication and preferably has a background working in the manufacturing, construction or engineering fields.

Marketing Communications Manager Responsibilities:

• Create multiple marketing plans for the company’s range of products.
• Lead the prioritization, creation, and deployment of high-impact marketing content.
• Build a metrics-focused marketing funnel.
• Champion lead generation, networking, and build out metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategy.
• Utilize online and digital marketing tools including SEO, PPC, Social Media and company websites.
• Write, edit, and distribute press releases.
• Coordinate with other departments to showcase accomplishments and important company updates, internally and externally.
• Engage with other teams and departments to encourage participation in presentations, panels, and other events.
• Ensure brand messages are consistent in coordination with the management team and their efforts.
• Analyze trends in social media and communication to build strategies based on feedback and analysis.
• Create copy for company-wide marketing.

Marketing Communications Manager Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of marketing experience and ability to be self-motivated.
• BA in Journalism, Communications, Business Administration, or Marketing or equivalent professional experience.
• Solid experience with writing and communications on behalf of a business.
• Strong editorial skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented with a background in project management.
• Experience in manufacturing is a plus.
• Experience developing new markets, strong print, and digital foundation.

Compensation: $115-130k/year
