Controller/Office Manager Job Duties:

Overseeing all Accounting functions of the company including oversight of:

• Purchase Orders/Accounts Payables

• Weekly vendor checks
• Manage and monitor Inventory Reporting

• Manage capital project spending and tracking
• Maintain general ledgers/bank reconciliations
• Ensure GAAP compliance
• Responsible for Month-end closing and reporting
• Handle journal entries, account reconciliation, and research

• Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.

• Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.

• Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
• Maintains office staff by orienting and training employees.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Performs HR and IT functions under direction of Management.
• Reports directly to General Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 5 years (Preferred)
• Administrative experience: 5 years (Preferred)
