We are seeking a Report Writer, Data/Financial Analyst. In this role, you’ll be responsible for collecting and analyzing key data from databases and CRM system to respond to reporting requirements and uncover and develop enhanced data sets that will help the organization better understand emerging trends. Primary Responsibilities

· Compile relevant data and respond to quarterly and annual reporting requirements

· Help create and report descriptive statistics, metrics, and trend data on programs, services, and priorities

· Conduct literature searches to help support the mission and primary objectives

· Conduct research and quantitative analysis for relevant audiences

Essential Qualifications

· Strong writing skills

· Research experience and quantitative analytical skills with a forward-looking perspective

· Database Management Skills

· Have extensive CRM system experience with an understanding of ways to extract key data

· Proficient in MS Office Suite and web navigation

· Possess exceptional organizational skills What skills will be important to succeed at work (education, experience, skills)

Bonus Skills

· Bachelor’s degree OR 1+ year of relevant work experience
