Title: Program Finance Specialist

Location: Remote

Pay: $80,000 – $100,000 / yr.

We are seeking a Program Finance Specialist for a satellite design and manufacturing company based south of Seattle. In this role, you’ll be responsible for financial forecasting and accounting across all programs.

Primary Responsibilities

• Create program financial summaries for estimates at completion including tracking actual expenses and forecasting estimates to complete.
• Provide monthly reporting for each program to be used by program managers and company financial leaders.
• Track progress against budgets and manage change order impacts to program budgets.
• Coordinate with accounting and process supplier invoicing for payment and validate proper cost account coding.
• Develop and maintain a program financial tracking tools and ensure consistent practices.

Essential Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field

· 5+ years experience in finance supporting product development

· Demonstrated financial planning and tracking skills

· Strong focus on accuracy and details

Requirements
