Nutrition Warehouse Hiring for Talent Acquisition Lead Job at Upper Coomera Full Time

THE ROLE

Nutrition Warehouse is looking for a passionate and highly energetic Talent Acquisition Lead to champion the Recruitment function. This role will work with the Head of People and Culture to develop and deliver the Talent Acquisition strategy, and will take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process in a fast-paced, high volume environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment for all Retail and Support Office roles, including advertising, shortlisting, phone screening, interviews, reference checks, offer, contract and onboarding;
• Building relationships with the broader team including Store Managers, Area Managers and Office Support, taking a true partnership approach;
• Providing coaching and support to hiring managers to ensure best practice attraction, interview and selection techniques are used implemented;
• Creating effective sourcing strategies to attract candidates for each role including advertising and proactive sourcing, using Seek, LinkedIn, Community boards and other methods;
• Coordinating candidate applications throughout the recruitment process using our recruitment system – Kronos, ensuring to maintain a high level of candidate care; and
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement, including areas such as candidate experience, recruitment and onboarding processes.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who is relationship focused – whether its conducting a phone interview with a candidate or educating a hiring manager, you thrive in an environment where you can build long-lasting relationships.

The successful candidate will have:

• 3-5 years experience in high volume end-to-end recruitment
• Experience implementing a variety of innovative sourcing techniques
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coach and influence hiring managers
• Exceptional time management and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Proficiency with recruitment data bases and candidate data management
