About the Opportunity:

We are on the search for a Talent Attraction Advisor to join our Internal talent team on a full-time permanent basis You will be part of a Talent Attraction team as well as a larger highly regarded People team, reporting to the Manager, Talent Attraction and Sourcing. The role will Centre on partnering with business leads on their recruitment needs and provide solutions to identify high quality talent.

On a typical week you may:

• Coordinating a wide range of talent attraction-related administration and operational activities
• Identify efficient ways of working to improve the recruitment process and ensure quality results for each placement.
• Work with cross functional teams on People (HR) and business wide projects
• Act as a brand custodian for Nutrien Ag Solutions with each candidate interaction
• Delivery of an exceptional candidate experience

About You:

• Awareness of Australian agriculture and rural/regional communities
• Previous experience in either agency or internal recruitment.
• Experience utilising HRIS, ATS/AMS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools
• High level interpersonal and communications skills to enable strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
• A proactive sourcing approach and capability to engaging with diverse candidate talent pools
• A desire to work across broad talent projects and deliver solution orientated outcomes

• Demonstrate a passion for providing the highest level of customer service
• Broad understanding of job boards, social media platforms and LinkedIn
• Proactive thinker, able to respectfully challenge the status quo and bring new ideas to the table
