Nuss Truck & Equipment Hiring for Construction Equipment Sales Burnsville Full Time

Position Summary
Under the direction of the Vice President of Equipment Sales/General Manager, the Construction Equipment Salesperson sells and markets Volvo Construction Equipment in an assigned sales territory.
Job Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells Volvo construction equipment such as loaders, excavators, and articulated haulers
• Conducts demonstrations of equipment for customers
• Conducts training on the equipment for customers, including operators
• Develops and presents sales proposals to customers
• Promotes other businesses of the organization: rentals, leasing, parts, service, body shop, finance and insurance
• Builds and maintains an active prospect list to help develop the territory to maximize all sales opportunities
• Maintains accurate documentation in s, quoting and other internal communication

Skills, Qualifications and Requirements of the Position

• Experience in construction equipment sales preferred
• Prior sales experience preferred
• Cold calling experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other web applications
• Ability to work autonomously
• Ability to work a flexible schedule when customers are available

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 – $40.00 per hour
