Position Summary:
The Talent Sourcer will play a critical role in the success of finding top scientific talent. The primary responsibility is to proactively maintain a steady pipeline of qualified talent for current and future openings. The Sourcer will have deep knowledge of sourcing techniques that include, but are not limited to job boards, referrals, niche groups, social networks, and data mining. You will also be responsible for conducting thorough pre-screenings before presenting them to the Senior Recruiter.
The Talent Sourcer must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. A high sense of urgency will play a critical requirement in this role. To be successful in this role, you must practice interoperability and maintain high standards.
