As a Lead Early Childhood Educator You’re Available:

Monday-Friday 8am-3pm / 32 hours per week

Your Daily Experience:

· Encourage a strong and supportive school community, including peers, students and families

· Document children’s learning processes and track their individual needs

· Connect and collaborate with your teaching team

· Work with a Mentor Teacher to enhance your own teaching practices

· Communicate daily with parents / caregivers

· Prioritize having fun

· Observe our Health and Safety Plan, including indoor masking, teacher vaccination, and daily cleaning protocols

Please Have:

· A Degree in a related field, with Early Childhood Education credits a plus

· 2+ years experience working in a preschool classroom setting

· Strong collaborative, leadership, problem solving, technological and communication skills

· Some Knowledge of Reggio Emilia and Emergent Curriculum
