Presbyterian Homes – Optage Hospice is seeking a Full-Time Floating Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide to join the team. This position must be willing to float to any region of the Twin Cities, including Hudson and New Richmond, WI and to back fill absences as needed. Must provide own transportation, mileage reimbursement available. Must have current Wisconsin certification or be willing to obtain within the first 3 months of employment.
No weekends required, Monday-Friday 7a-2:30p. We can consider schedules between 8-10 shifts per pay period.
As an Optage caregiver, you will be floating to any of the communities in the Minnesota metro area where Optage Hospice serves, providing individualized one on one care. Nursing Assistant training is required, but candidates do not have to be active on the MN NAR Registry in order to qualify.

Responsibilities
The Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant is a paraprofessional member of the Interdisciplinary team who works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and performs various services for the client as assigned to meet the client’s personal needs and to promote comfort while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices. We provide care in the patient’s home which may be a personal residence, group home, assisted living or skilled nursing setting.

Pay Range
The estimated starting pay range for this role is $22.60 – $24.25 per hour. This good faith estimate is based upon PHS’s typical starting pay range for this role. Actual pay range depends upon many factors including each individual employee’s qualifications and market conditions and is subject to change.
