In collaboration with Physicians and the primary care team, the nurse practitioner provides primary care services to several communities, and this includes health promotion and protection, disease and injury prevention, provision of supportive, instructive, treatment and emergency services (the NP should be able to work at the Collaborative Emergency Centre to care for the CTAS 4&5, that means they should have training in CTAS, ACLS, PALS, CPR, ITLS etc). The incumbent s to the Primary Health Care Manager for Spiritwood/Leoville.
