You Will:
Develop high volume, high efficiency Manufacturing Test Strategies to provide coverage from submodules to final assembled products.
Develop test processes and detailed test plans to meet Manufacturing Test Strategies.
Develop test hardware and test fixtures for functional manufacturing test processes.
Develop Test Interface Electronic circuits/PCBs.
Develop Test software for functional manufacturing test systems.
Debug of solutions using design of experiments.
Deploy manufacturing test systems on the manufacturing production line. Virtual and on-site deployment will be required.
Prepare test instructions and provide training for manufacturing staff. Virtual and on-site training will be required.
Support manufacturing test systems on the production floor. Virtual and on-site sustaining support and trouble shooting will be required.
International travel will be required (when allowed)
A statistical/analytics background will be a plus.
Manage and safely store test equipment data sets and documentation.
You Bring:
A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
8+ years’ relevant experience in electronics hardware (schematic and layout) design and manufacturing test development.
Proven ability to understand microcontroller/DSP/FPGA based electronics designs using Altium or similar tools.
Experience with analog and digital designs, including interfaces using USB, I2C, SPI, UART, Ethernet, Bluetooth, and others.
Experience with coding software in Labview.
Experience with the design and development of manufacturing test fixtures.
Familiarity and ability to operate a wide range of electronics test equipment.
Knowledge of IPC standards and electronics manufacturing methods
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proven interpersonal and communications skills in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Experience with audio design will be considered an asset
