You’re role will be key to attracting, engaging and bringing GPs into Nuffield Health. Working with key senior stakeholders, you’ll have a great opportunity to develop our GP employee value proposition and play a vital role in supporting the growth of our GP and preventative care services.

The Opportunity:

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll be the focal point for all our GP recruitment needs.

You’ll take our brand straight to market to raise Nuffield Health as a GP employer of choice, engaging potential employees on what a career with us might look like. You’ll influence & guide our leaders, hiring managers and interviewers through the entire recruitment lifecycle and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout.

You’ll be supported by our talented Resourcing team with a primary goal to find the right people, keeping time and cost per hire to a minimum.

The Person:

You’ll possess strong talent attraction and delivery experience along with evidence of direct hiring. You’ll be able to pull together robust talent acquisition plans, be confident partnering and establishing strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholder to influence, engage and deliver recruitment subject matter expertise.
