We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager, who is passionate about making an impact through sourcing and engaging candidates within Business Services market (including shared service, Finance and Contact Centre). This is a high volume role.

You’ll take our brand straight to market to raise Nuffield Health as an employer of choice, engaging potential employees on what a career with us might look like, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
You’ll influence & guide our leaders, hiring managers and interviewers through the entire recruitment lifecycle.
Build a candidate network of diverse talent pools through multiple channels.
Find the right people, keeping time and cost per hire to a minimum.
