The office in San Gabriel area has an opening opportunity for a candidate with the accounting and office administration background.

Knowledge of strong accounting and office task is required. Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required.

Responsibilities:

Help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of a Development Company.

– Document, monitor and update accounting.

– Provide support to the Accounting Department.

– Perform basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, processing the mail, etc.

– Assists team members when needed to accomplish team goals.

Skills:

• Strong attention to details and accuracy
• Team Player
• Proficiency of Microsoft Office Programs
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of accounting principles and procedure is a required!
• Bilangual in Mandarin and English is a must!

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $20-$25 base on skill and performance
