At Nudge Minds, we are on a mission to eradicate unnecessary emotional pain in young people.

We believe that no child should be left behind and we need creative, nurturing, flexible and passionate professionals who can operate with a degree of professional proximity that will inspire change in the young person they are matched with.

There are increasing numbers of young people who are switching off from life, education and growth. To re-ignite their fire requires a skill that only a select number of people have.

We have a large network of professionals working with us on a national scale to help ensure no child is left behind.

Nudge Minds is a child and adolescent mental health and wellbeing service that was set up to eradicate unnecessary emotional pain across the nation. Each intervention that you work on will be different as it is bespoke to the needs of the young person and you will play a huge role in designing and delivering it.

You will design and deliver the intervention that will engage and help the young person realise a life worth living.

We can’t train this, you are born with this ability to connect in a very human way with a young person who has a fractured relationship to the world around them.

As part of our strict vetting processes, we require you to have a DBS (ideally on the update service) and three referees who can vouch for your character and experience.
