Nudge Education Hiring for HR Administrator Job at Remote Full Time

Nudge Education is a national intervention service for children that are chronically disengaged from education.
We are seeing in the region of 937,000 children across the UK missing education regularly, a number which is sadly expected to rise when the next set of data is published.
We are hopeful that the tailored and bespoke interventions that we design and deliver will help to re-engage thousands of children across the country in the coming years. To do this we need a flexible, motivated and dynamic network of practitioners, and underpinning this network is the vital role that our recruitment and onboarding team play and Nudge Education HQ.
We are looking for someone who can join this team, initially on a part-time basis to help us reach larger numbers of professionals desperate to help our mission. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in the following areas:

• Recruitment and on-boarding of high volumes of teachers, tutors and other professionals, according to our safer recruitment policy

• Data analysis of reports to identify where priority needs to be placed to support a high-energy and fast moving department

• Written and verbal communication with candidates

• Diary management of a number of senior figures within an organisation

• Liaising with recently onboarded staff and associates to collect essential HR information
