We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing team!

This is a 12-month full time fixed term contract with potential to be extended, entirely remote role and could be based anywhere in VIC or QLD.

About the role

Acting as a primary point of contact for applicants and prospective applicants, this role will be required to build strong working relationships with all departments involved in the selection process to ensure the quality of the candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the end-to-end Talent Acquisition activity across Nucleus Network
• Answering email and phone enquiries
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Support the Talent Acquisition Specialist with recruitment admin and compliance
• Building and maintaining candidate talent pools

Requirements

• Experience in a recruitment role, providing end to end recruitment support
• Highly competent using Microsoft Office 365
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Able to work in a team environment as well as autonomously
• Adaptable, able to work well under pressure and willing to take on a challenge
