The Commercial team will be scaling over the course of 2024 and this is an excellent opportunity to get in on the ground floor and contribute to commercialisation of our technology.

About the role :

We are seeking a results-driven and innovative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. You’ll be ing into the Senior Digital Marketing Manager but we expect you to be able to drive the project forward independently as well.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and overall online presence.

• Implement and enhance marketing automation capabilities, advancing beyond the current basic implementation of Marketo and developing advanced marketing automation lead scoring, drip campaigns, web personalisation and more.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with marketing objectives and overall business goals.
• ing and Dashboards : Create and maintain insightful s and dashboards, providing stakeholders with a clear understanding of digital marketing and sales performance.
• Supporting and enhancing existing commercial technology platforms such as PandaDoc and Salesforce, through meticulous customization and seamless integration, ensuring these platforms drive superior marketing performance and organizational efficiency.
• Ensuring meticulous compliance with CRM processes, maintaining industry best practices and data integrity, to guarantee the effective utilization of CRM within the digital marketing ecosystem
• Experience with managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads would be advantageous.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years experience in digital marketing
• Proven experience in Marketo is essential for this role, ideally having been involved in implementation and / or admin responsibility for two years or more.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM administration is desired.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, embracing change and adapting to emerging challenges.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen interest in e-commerce related marketing tactics.
• Quantitatively minded, being able to pull data, analyze it and communicate findings coherently will be a key part of the role.
• Experience working with agencies to deliver web development projects.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams from R&D, Software, Product, Sales and the Leadership team.

• Credentials :
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or business related degree.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life science’s degree with significant experience in life science tools / biotech marketing roles.
• Significant and demonstrable track record in digital marketing related roles.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing roles, with a focus on marketing automation.
• Demonstrated success in optimizing and expanding customer engagement through digital channels.
