Nuance is growing and we are looking to add an experienced recruiter to join a Talent Acquisition team responsible for finding the best talent for our global Sales & Marketing organization. You will be the first point of contact for new candidates in the hiring process, playing a critical role in identifying highly skilled and specialized candidates, telling the Nuance story and ultimately turning great candidates into great employees.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the development and execution of robust talent attraction and search strategies based on hiring objectives to generate a diverse pool of highly skilled candidates necessary to staff open and/or confidential positions and create candidate pipelines for future needs.
Partner with Principal Talent Acquisition Partners to develop an in-depth understanding of the organizations you support, including short- and long-term business needs and expectations, emerging business opportunities, and environmental factors that may impact the candidate pool.
Build strong, consultative partnerships with hiring managers and internal partners while providing expertise around the recruitment process
Build relationships with potential candidates and influence candidates to see Nuance as the “Employer of Choice” by representing the brand and values at all times.
Qualify candidates for needed skill set/competency fit as well as interest/availability for current or potential positions through phone/video screen. Present viable candidates to Hiring Managers.
Use available tools to maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, and other recruiting activities. Report on activity and relevant market information.
Act as resource to Sourcing Team by providing best practices, market intelligence, and thought leadership.
Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
Qualifications & Competencies
2+ years of experience in direct recruiting within either a corporate or agency environment.
Must have current experience recruiting sales and marketing professionals. Preferably sales professionals who have worked in Healthcare IT and/or Enterprise Software.
Highly knowledgeable about a variety of commercial roles, including, but not limited to direct sales, channel sales, Inside Sales, Field Marketing, Solutions Marketing, Sales Operations, etc.
Demonstrable experience owning the full life cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and assessing talent, as well as offer negotiations
Deep sourcing expertise to include internet, research, and cold calling. Must have a “hunter” mindset.
Superior assessment and influencing skills
Possess outstanding organizational skills, effectively balance opposing priorities, and manage the demands of simultaneous processes while still operating with a sense of urgency and thoroughness.
Passionate about providing outstanding hiring experiences to both your business partners and candidates.
Thrives in a collaborative team environment where innovation and knowledge sharing are highly encouraged
Developed business acumen and intellectual curiosity
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience working in applicant tracking systems and corporate HR systems, Workday experience a plus.
Computer proficiency/technical aptitude with Microsoft Office suite
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience
