Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant
Nu Image is a Kitchen and bathroom cabinet importer who has been in the industry for over 15 years. We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper / admin assistant to work directly with our CFO.
The main responsibilities are :
1. Communicating with the CFO daily for day to day tasks.
2. Handle Accounts receivable/ collection / invoice and daily Reports
3. Handle Accounts payable – Payment and daily report
4. Inventory daily report and purchase order receipts
5. File and organize
6. Data Entry
- Candidates with QuickBooks experience are a plus
- Candidates who speak English + Chinese are a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
