The Global Process Owner will drive the overall strategy, design, policies, digitisation and optimisation of the value stream processes, ensuring that the end-to-end process meets business priorities and achieves its transformation goals

Strategic activities management:
Connects business strategy and goals to end-to-end processes
Aligns diverse stakeholders across end-to-end processes
Maintains process integrity and contributes to business process model been up-to-date and in line with business needs and market trends
Works with business and service providers to identify opportunities for value acceleration
Reviews process performance metrics against benchmarks and guide process improvement initiatives
Delivers process optimisation for GBS once services are implemented
Drives continuous improvement and innovation culture in collaboration with business such as RPA, AI, etc.
Process and performance management:
In conjunction with business (local/regional) and GBS team, creates best practice policies and processes for the end-to-end processes
Defines Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for processes to be delivered by service provider, GBS and/or business
Provides guidance and advice to functional leadership on the system/process implications of change
Takes a proactive role in understanding the processes to ensure process alignment across business and functional teams
Provides regular proposals for process transformation and improvement based on knowledge of third party capability aligned with the organisation requirements
Contributes to process documentation, training materials including governance
Maintains GPO standard operating procedures
Oversees the process for change management to drive the adoption
Participates in GBS and Business governance forums
Create culture for consistent client and employee experiences feedback
What will make you a good fit for the role?
Prior experience of developing standard functional processes on a common platform, including design and development of process maps and activity documents
Detailed practical knowledge of end-to-end processes in the value streams of HR
Experience of developing and executing a transformation strategy and roadmap
Demonstrated an ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation
Utilize excellent verbal, written and inter-personal communication skills to establish and maintain a good rapport with stakeholder groups
Communication & presentation skills (able to convey ideas concisely and persuasively)
Strong influencing skills (e.g., able to influence stakeholders about the key changes required in line with business needs)
Ability to manage stakeholders globally (this will require managing time zones and travel
