- Lead the reporting and measuring NTT Ltd.’s talent Transformation in partnership with the Talent COE
- Present Talent Insights to CHRO, Talent COE Head and HRDs that drive action

Drive best in class talent insights from Workday and other data sources (i.e. Glassdoor, LinkedIn Talent Insights), enable insights across:
- Talent Development, Retention, Promotion, Learning & Development, Internal Mobility & Talent Visibility
- Support measurement on Impact Metrics in partnership with the Talent COE – measure the impact
- Lead the development of high-quality insight reports and presentations for Executives, HRDs & COE heads
- Drive data governance related to employee talent data
- Coach and mentor talent insights team members
- Actively contribute to the Talent Insights strategy & Talent COE strategy
