The Talent Acquisition Team is expanding to strengthen our talent strategy to attract, hire, develop and retain the

best people for each role.

The Senior Talent Acquisition will perform full-cycle recruitment according to the company requirements and be in charge of planning, developing and implementing a new and productive Talent Acquisition strategy for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Uses and leverages the automated tracking systems, identifies candidates from numerous sources, initiates ads, screens and qualifies candidates and performs reference checks.
• Provides feedback on candidates to hiring managers, agencies and/or directly to candidates.
• Proactively sources and identifies qualified candidates, interviews, negotiate with and closes selected candidates for job openings, ensuring compliance with company policy, recruiting processes and regulatory requirements.
• Create and lead the implementation of the Recruitment strategies, which allows to have effective sources according to the profile required.
• Design, plan and execute employer branding activities.
• Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors
• Attend career and college fairs, and similar events
• To continuously improve the candidate and manager experience in the recruitment and onboarding process.
• Engage with line managers when a new job opening occurs to help them identify the exact skills set required, the best approaches to recruit for the position and to advise generally on the best method to fill the position for best long term business results.
• Develop recruitment systems or methods to improve the efficiency of the recruitment process and facilitate an appropriate hiring decision.
• Work on strategic projects such as the development of competency-based interview guides which are mapped to the competencies mapped to current jobs.
• Offer technical advice and knowledge to others within the recruitment and talent discipline.
• Participate in the deployment of global projects in region relating to the improvement of talent acquisition practices.
• Build and maintain database of qualified professionals to rapidly respond to recruiting needs.
• Monitor and maintain internal and external job postings.
• Build a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies
• Prioritize work and set appropriate expectations with hiring managers and partners.
• Seek new methods and innovative solutions, to identify and attract prospective candidates and build talent pipeline
• Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
• Negotiate the compensation package with candidates and management as required
• Demonstrate to candidates a positive reflection on our brand and company
• Full ownership of comprehensive reporting about the recruitment process on going to share in Recruitment Meeting by explaining the evolution and status of the different active searches.
• Extract the necessary data required for monthly and weekly reporting from the e-recruitment system and assist with the analysis of this data, preparing it for presentation to the relevant forums.
• Participate with HR Director on staff planning and forecasting to ensure alignment of recruitment staff with the appropriate requisition workload and projects.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

Education:

• Advanced Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology. A plus if the candidate has a master’s degree in HR.
• Advanced level of written and spoken English and Spanish.

Professional experience:

• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position
• A good understanding of the vast range of IT operations and NTT service offerings
• Knowledge and understanding of IT industry environment and business needs

Technical Skills:

• Excellent communication and negotiation ability
• Job Interviewing Skills
• Proficient in talent acquisition technologies including experience in e-recruitment systems
• Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools
• Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
• Capable to provide training and coaching as required
• Good conceptual insight and ability to think strategically
• Display knowledge of industry best practice
